For the first time in my life, I purchased an extended warranty for a set of headphones for my daughter. Needless to say her headphones broke, and the source replaced them on the spot. I highly recommend the store. Great people, great customer service. 10/10

Was thoroughly impressed with the ordering and pickup of a last minute product. I've usually used other big name competitors but wasn't getting the products. Very friendly staff and quick pickup from an online order.

First and foremost I just want to say, this was the most pleasant phone shopping experience I've ever had. The no-pressure sales and the time they'll spend with you to make sure you get the perfect device and plan for you, I'm positive you will never get this high level of customer service anywhere else (and I used to work at a phone store). Carter and Nick, two extremely helpful and kind young men, spent over an hour and a half with me breaking down pricing and various device options that suited my budget, and got me a brand new phone for less than the competitors, by a landslide. From now on I will be conducting all my electronics related buisness with this specific Source location. You blew my expectations away and surpassed them, I recommend anyone needing any electronics consultation whatsoever, come here, you won't be disappointed.

Employee was helpful in answering my questions about a protective case for my cell phone. The store does not have one for my phone but staff gave me suggestions where to find one. Very helpful.
