Ive been trying to leave an honest review on here for a few months and each time it never posts and I follow all guidelines. Ive had so many issues with my home all of which were very avoidable. Dont know how so many things ended up passing inspection. I agree with the other 1 star review left about the workmanship just going downhill. Every time things get fixed, they still look terrible. Still waiting on things since June such as a simple door replacement. My door doesnt even open or shut right. When you explain your frustrations with anyone youre just gas lit by that person to feel as though youre just picky. Just found out the window company was switched to the cheapest window out there (the company has 1 and 2 star rating and multiple proof how low quality these windows are, Ive asked around too) you were using good quality windows before with an amazing warranty. I have drafts and literal ice coming through every single window when this is an energy stat home. Just tired of all the issues Ive experienced with poor resolutions. If I had to build again I wouldnt do it.
