County Lines HVAC & Fireplaces

Our water heater was acting up. After two failed visits from Reliance, I called County Lines. I was thinking I needed a new Hot water heater, and I didn't want to start a contract with Reliance. He came the next day to confirm the need and the size of a new heater. Upon inspection, he noticed that a wire had been disconnected within the heater's housing. Integrity kicked in: "You don't need a new heater, just this quick service call" He's earned my trust... and is now on my speed dial to service my 4 rental properties.

Andrew, Jeff and staff are amazing!!! Our commercial HVAC until bit the dust at the end of October and after a month + of being blown off multiple times by another company and, relying on space heaters to keep warm we called up County Lines and we were blown away by the service. They were able to find a rooftop unit quickly and we were warm shortly after. The communication was great getting updates frequently re: furnace, permits and crane rental. When installation day arrived they were efficient and courteous, even taking the time to greet our curious children and pets. We have become loyal customers and we know you will too! I called re. an intermittent gas fireplace problem where it would cut out frequently and randomly. To my surprise Andrew and Jeff showed up within only a few hours after I had called. They were professional, friendly and very patient as the problem did not occur for at least 15 minutes. And when it did happen, Vince quickly tested and knew immediately the issue and promptly replaced the thermostat and rewired it's connections. Job well done! Thanks guys! Andrew and Jeff bent over backwards to come to our house and repair our fireplace. They under promised and overdelivered. and they also hung out with us like the bro'iest bros that ever bro'd. the fireplace wasn't just fixed, but it was bigger, brighter and warmer than it ever was! thank you very much and i look forward to baking Yaya's cookies with you hahaha.
