My A/C unit died so I was forced to embark on the dreaded journey to find a reputable vendor that could offer practical high-value options. I found exactly what I was looking for in TK Heating and Cooling. Tyler offered sound advice and didn't try to oversell unlike other outfits I consulted. I love working with owner-installers because they have skin in the game -- their skin! I got a quality unit without overpaying for bells and whistles or "warranties". Installation was quick and clean, exactly like the photos on his web site. TK Heating and Cooling get a perfect five stars from me. So I'm back 6-months later after my 15-year old furnace unexpectedly died and wasn't worth repairing. I Immediately called Tyler on Saturday and had a new Keeprite furnace installed a couple of days later -- quick, clean, professional with no hassle. Great service for a great price! Our gas fireplace started acting up and making horrible noises on the coldest day of the year. Naturally we were worried and called around immediately to find someone to come look things over. TK Heating and Cooling was at our house the very next morning! Tyler was very personable and knowledgable about the fireplace and took the time to teach me how everything works. Of course the sound stopped when he arrived but he still took the time to educate me about everything I needed to know! Plus their inspection fee was incredibly affordable.
