Lazy kid is a pain in the as. May 2 shift at 8pm - Worst worker I've ever witnessed - he takes out the inventory because he wants customers to guess what they have. He's always grumpy, sad, emo; seems upset if you don't know exactly what you want. Tells you the same things over and over. Whoever hired this clown needs to reverse it. Isn't honest about how much cash he's given. Seems to be bothered he has customers. EVERYONE ELSE IS AMAZING This your first job? I've dropped around 2k here and won't be back until he's gone.

Their windows says lowest price guaranteed but when I showed them Athena selling the same product for $13 less did they offer to beat that price? No. Did they offer to match it? Still no. Instead they told me to sign up for their membership. There is no good reason to hide prefered pricing behind a membership It's a creepy sham to lower their inflated prices to near the competitors and probably sell personal data online. Edit: apparently they do match but only within 5km (not mentioned to us in the store but OK) which for a rural dispensary means a grand total of two stores. That's the most pathetic caveat I have every heard for a price match guarantee.

Best prices I've found in the legal market to date. The staff and service at this Stittsville location are amazing and knowledgeable. Rumours are that some of the Ottawa Senators and even a few famous Canadian actors/musicians have been spotted here chatting with other patrons. Shhh! ;-)
