I don't know what's up with the low star ratings but i love this place, friendliest staff I've come across and by far the best spot to go to.

Wanted to try this store for the first time but they were closed even though they should have been open according to the timings on their door.

Walked in and there was a guy behind the counter, sitting down. No greeting. I asked him for three different items, he said he didnt have two of them - although they are on their website for this specific location - and then asked me three more times what I had ordered. He shuffled around some more and then declared he didnt have one item for sure and took another 5 minutes searching for the other item. There were boxes everywhere, the POS system was barely set up and buddy never said thank you, I had to ask for the receipt and he didnt bother saying goodbye. If you dont want to be there, find another job. Not coming back to this location. Go across the street to SpiritLeaf - way better service and stock.

Rude and arrogant staff. Seems to be a theme on reviews and they just ignore it, so obviously dont care about customer service. It was an inconvenience for him to answer questions and get off the chair to get product. Will not be at this location again and I suggest you go else where in the area.

Had an awful experience here wish I could give it a lower star, 'bud tender' was super rude and did not want to help at all, didn't even know what products were in stock. Walked out without buying anything. Jan 15 6:20pm
