        Worst customer service experience EVER! Don't go to this Pro Oil Change. It is run very unprofessionally and they treat customer concerns in a very disrespectful and ignorant manner. As a woman I will NEVER support a business that hires men that speak to women in such a disgusting way. They didn't even show me my dipstick so for all I know there's been no oil replaced in my engine...lol. The Pro Oil Change on Guelph Line in Burlington is far superior and very professional. The Stoney Creek location is a joke and they will never get another penny from me. Steer clear of this shady shop with very rude employees.
