Just moved to Stoney Creek and this place was highly recommended so I showed up this morning and never had a better experience Thank you Gentleman Superb Service. x10 %

2023 update: Just had my first extremely poor service & attitude from this location in almost 15 years. Gentlemen servicing the vehicle were good. Unfortunately the person handling the transaction/interaction with the customer wasn't as cordial. Implied that my oil change indicator didn't pop up to tell me I needed an oil change, simply because they didn't know. Passive aggressive tinted comments like "I don't know, here's what I see, look! Nothing. You have to set it. There's nothing for me to do, I dunno. " I took literally 3 minutes at home, and found exactly what was needed to do (menu selection was literally one option up saying "oil change & filter reset"), but that was far too in depth/not worth their time. Was also given a hard time when I inquired about the door jamb/chassis lubrication that was stated in the package. I was told "that sign is 30 years old", although the price reflected their current 2023 prices. While they did explain my SUV did not have a chassis, I inquired about the door jambs. After asking if I could have my doors lubricated (part of the advertised package) the gentlemen then proceeded to tell me "we don't really do it because it smells". After I said I was OK with that, he then did it. Perhaps that individual was having a bad day, but these types of interactions is what spoils long term/repeat customers, and leaves a bitter taste in ones mouth. Use your hard earned money on a more reputaple and customer-focused location. I know I will, and strongly recommend the same to others.
