Brown Heating & Cooling

I called for service and they were here promptly the next morning. The person that took care of the initial phone call and scheduling was extremely helpful and pleasant. They called ahead of arrival as promised and arrived shortly after. The technician was very knowledgable and friendly. He explained what he was doing and why as he went through his troubleshooting steps. He remained on site for all of the time needed to confirm that his repair had the desired result. I live on the 5th floor of an apartment building that holds the heat like no other place I've lived. Today it's 69F outside and it's 78F in my apartment. Due to severe allergies I can't open my windows and I am also on oxygen so the heat is a real problem for me. I have a "thru the wall" vented a/c unit that I purchased from Brown's in 2015 and it quit cooling this week (Sept. 2022). I called Brown's for repair, they came to my apartment and picked up the unit just before 10 am, it was returned, fixed an re-installed by 1 pm the same day. Brown's is THE BEST!!! VERY IMPRESSED!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!
