With the winter season beginning, I thought it was time to have my Lennox furnace checked in order to avoid any issues or, heaven forbid, failures. Being new to the house, I contacted the original installer, Dave Davies. Mr. Davies of course did not make an appearance. Instead it was Kurt, a technician from the company. In a word (or maybe more than one), Kurt was fantastic: he was incredibly thorough, giving my furnace a once-over that its probably never had! More importantly, he explained his rationale, guiding me through the whole process. I learned a lot. I was treated with respect and consideration. This tech loves his job; his passion shows. When we ran into a small glitch around furnace fan speed, Kurt was back in a flash to rectify the problem. Kudos to Kurt and everyone at Dave Davies from scheduler to technician.
