Husband ordered rims and tires. Wrong rims came in, and staff never noticed. We had to make them aware and wait for few days for the right ones to come in. Was told they would come in on a Friday, they didn't come in until Monday after. After being told they'd be ready in at 10am, then 2pm, they finally came in around 4h30pm, they told us to be there for 6pm. We sat and waited in the parking lot for an hour before anything was ready. Once we got home to mount them on the truck, we never recieved the proper equipment, so we had to run to Canadian Tire to purchase some. To top it off, we were told we would get a discount for all the trouble by one staff member, and the final staff we dealt with said we cannot get a discount. Lots of miscommunication with the staff and very disorganized.

Very easy to deal with, great customer service! Myself and quite a few of my friends go through Sudbury custom for many different things; from truck lifts to led headlights, to tires and rims, everything has been flawless with no issues. Would definitely recommend this place!
