Sometimes the service is good, but most times it's not. There are only a few there that actually try, and care, while the others do a horrible job, talk badly about you ( I speak Mandarin and Vietnamese) and the way they talk about customers is disgusting.

Went on December 22nd to get acrylic nails done. First impressions were horrible. Small, cluttered salon and no sanitizing station in sight for the tools. I seen all technicians using tools between them between clients. Showed my technician the image what I wanted and got something close. Not even 24 hours after getting them done, the polish on all my nails except for my ring finger on both hands were chipping like crazy. Looked like I had 2-3 week old nails already by the next day. Paid over $75 and didnt last a day. Not worth it. Figured Id get my moneys worth and have them for a few weeks, nope. They look horrible not even a week later and want to get them removed their so bad Dont recommend. Service: Acrylic nails

The new tall girl who has just been employed is unprofessional, rude and racist! I politely complained to her about the way she did one my finger nails which was not done properly and she rudely said it's none of her business. Kathy and her husband are good people but this employee of theirs is ruining business for them. I am definitely not going back! Service: Nail designs
