Krystal Beauty Nails and Day Spa (Sudbury)

EDIT: after writing this review the owner reached out to me personally. She was very apologetic and offered me 50% off if I came in again to try the spa out. The owner was there the day I had my appointment and again was super apologetic and so nice! The spa was actually a really great experience. I had a pedicure and it was clean in there and I was happy with my pedicure and was given the 50% off as promised . I will definitely be going back! I booked an appointment through messenger on march 27th. The appointment was confirmed for two pedicures on April 8th at 10am. My friend and I showed up for our appointments yesterday only to find out that no one actually booked our appointments. They were very busy at the time and couldnt fit us in at that time. I felt the lady who I spoke to didnt really offer any solution on the issue and made me feel as if it were my fault because I booked my appointment in advance. She made a comment saying oh you booked it a while ago, thats probably why. I told her I dont understand how booking an appointment 2 weeks in advance is along time ago and I was just being proactive. She just kinda stood there and served other customers as they came in. I ended up walking out and going to a different spa. Ive never been to this spa and will unfortunately never come back due to poor customer service. The lady didnt even offer even a 10% discount for my next appointment, which I think is the least they could have done for wasting my time.
