Mehdi and his team did an amazing job on turning our bathroom/laundry combo room into two separate rooms. Emian came recommended and Im so glad we used them! Mehdi was quick to quote, start the job, and get it completed. Mehdi and team were reliable, hard working and patient. I felt that we were constantly kept in the loop as to what was happening, lots of communication. Emian really wants you to be happy with the end result and we really are, I can't recommend them enough. We've already booked our next project with them - a front of house refresh.

Mehdi & Team did an amazing job with my Toronto condo renovation! They were able to fit my project in on very short notice to accommodate my schedule, and had a quick turnaround time. In one month they managed to remove popcorn ceiling/install a drop ceiling and potlights, completely renovate the kitchen (cupboards, counters, backsplash), paint, upgrade some plumbing, and replace the bathroom vanity and mirror. Communication was always very smooth and prompt, including the initial quotation. Mehdi was very honest and upfront with any additional costs for upgrades that I requested. He was also very helpful with design and colour choices, which made the stress of a full renovation much easier on me. The end product turned out better than I imagined. I highly recommend Emian Construction Group and I would choose them again for any future project.

Emian completed our home renovation project for a back extension that had engineer design drawings and a permit. Scope also included construction of new sunroom, mudroom, family room, laundry area. In short, they did an EXCELLENT job and were great to work with. Mehdi is very responsive and kept us in the loop on all of the different stages of the project. It was a complicated, multi-phased project that was completed on time. We will continue to work with them in the future. Pro's: -fair and transparent pricing -easy communication - Mehdi was always available to discuss any questions/concerns we have and let us know what and when they were working on next -clean worksite - after every day work was completed, the jobsite was left broomswept clean. Emian would clear demo'd material each day so that we did not require a waste bin rental -quality work - we are so happy with the finished product

I would highly recommend Emian Construction Group. I have used them for three projects now and would recommend them to friends/family. The last project involved upgrading/renovating my rental condo unit between tenants. Emian had less than 30 days to complete it and they delivered. It started with visiting the condo and providing a fair quote very quickly. They left the site clean, did quality work, and were easy to communicate with.

I dont even know where to start. Emian answered our request in a very short amount of time. They visited our house very quickly and provided us with a very fair and detailed quotation very fast. Emian started our job on time and they completed the job amazingly in the time span they had. Throughout the process, we had a couple of extra requests and Emian was extremely nice, patient, and considerate about it and they provided us with fair extra costs for these extra requests. Overall, Im more than happy and extremely satisfied with how the job turned out and I will definitely come back to them for any other projects. 100% recommend!
