I had the pleasure of working with the wonderful realtors duo Chris Choi and Mike Liao from EnChoi'ce. These two helped me in purchasing my first home.
Chris is one of my favorite people to ask questions about the real estate. His style of working starts with first learning about your preferences, priority in selecting a place and the budget. Then he will provide you with a listing of houses/condos that you can view. While he is showing you the place, he will inform you the good and bad about the place, the neighbourhood and amenities close by. After the showing, he will ask you for your feedback on what you liked or didn't like about the place. Then, the next day he will provide you with another set of listings that aligns with your likes.
What is great about Chris is that he has a very warm presence. He educates you about the property and makes sure that you find a good place which meets your budget too. I would highly recommend him and his partner Mike who had assisted him and helped in preparing the listings.
