We sold and bought last year with the help of Paul Zammit and his team, and could not have been more impressed. Growing up in Willowdale, and living in Thornhill, Paul's presence is everywhere. Bus ads, bench ads, and most critically, SOLD signs with Paul's name were everywhere. So we approached Paul about selling our 3bed townhouse in Thornhill, and help purchase a place we found near Aurora. Looong story short, the market was funny at the time, our townhome condo board was the worst, the seller of our new home was infuriating to deal with, but Paul and his team took it all in stride, guided us through the choppy waters (not our first deal, but this one was stressful) and... - Paul was bang-on with his estimate of our townhome sale price - Paul's associate, Ian Greenberg acted as our purchasing agent and was AMAZING, we couldn't be more thankful for Ian's time, candor and demeanour - We purchased our new home at a price WE wanted, even in a hot market Bottom line: There are LOTS of agents out there who will be happy to take your business. Paul's insight and expertise really made the whole process relatively stress free. He's assembled a great team that guide you along the way. Everybody thinks their property is worth a fortune. Paul has an excellent grasp of the volatile nature of the GTA market and he will get you top dollar. He'll also tell you straight out "Take this offer and run" if need be. I appreciate that honesty.
