Samantha is very professional. She understood our needs very well and started showing options accordingly. She was super helpful throughout and very much trustworthy. She went above and beyond to help us get the right home for us. Overall, it was an awesome experience with Samantha. Highly highly recommended.

I moved to Toronto from Calgary in April 2023. Samantha help me find the apartment. I really like that she is really dedicated and a hard working realtor. I needed to view the apartments virtually. She didn't hesitate at all and quickly went to the apartment and did the virtual viewing. I wasn't aware about the renting process. She helped me guild through the whole process. I highly recommend her, if you are looking for a house in Toronto. You won't be disappointed.

So my wife and I just settled in the condo Samantha helped us find. This review would be long so in a single statement- If you need a realtor who is considerate, knows what she is doing, and someone you can blindly trust, just call her and be done. She is friendly, approachable and professional at the same time. From our initial conversation until key exchange, she has always been a text or call away and surprisingly very responsive. She really puts her soul in understanding what we are looking for and goes above and beyond to find an exact match. For us, she had to send the list of available properties multiple times and when I say that, not just sending a list randomly like all realtors do. Each of the property in the list were having all the criterias matched. So I was immediately impressed. Must have spent hours on that and finally found a realtor who is actually willing to put the efforts! We went for viewings like 5 times which was almost an hour of travel for her but she greeted us with a smile and was always on time at the very least and top of her communication. I should also mention there was a property which we really liked but it had a leakage through the window in basement. She could have closed the deal but advised us not to go for that property! Who does that? We went to view 4 more properties and finally found the place where we got settled now. She helped us put an offer even below the listed price and ensured we don't lose the property after all the struggle. It doesn't stop here. She checked on us for any issues we had even after the closing and went out of her way to get it resolved. Over the viewings period, It feels like we have developed a special kind of prof-friendo relationship and I know her from a long time! Definitely recommend her for your leasing/selling/buying real estate needs. Looking forward to our lunch for now and hoping to keep in touch for our future needs!
