CIBC Branch with ATM

Horrible experience, none of the staff was ethical. Harsh and rude response. Students are finding it difficult.

I absolutely hate everything about cibc. You think it's fair to charge 2.00$ fee for using an atm on top of the 2.75$ to use the atm. That's 4.75$ !!! Plus I pay monthly fees. I can't wait to get rid of cibc.

I've been dealing with the branch for many years now for personal banking, investing, several rental property mortgages, and commercial banking. The whole team there from the tellers, to the personal bankers to the manager are always very helpful and go the extra mile. With my startup business, there were a few things where they weren't able to help even with my history with CIBC. Things like a simple commercial line of credit, etc. I believe that this was not a failing of the branch itself, but that CIBC is just not the best institution for startup businesses. In every case where a request had to be sent outside of the branch "up the ladder", and came back with an unfavorable response the team at the branch at the local branch compensated in anyway they could. I would not recommend CIBC as a bank for new or small business, but this review is for this specific branch and the staff there. I appreciate the service. James J Foulds

Only one customer service at noon!! And it takes 15 minutes to pass one client! Horrible service.
