Unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge and worst customer service. Better to visit and book an appointment with any other RBC branch.

I tired to make a large withdrawal. I tried calling ahead to order the cash, but my call wasn't returned. The teller outright lied to me multiple times, and then proceeded to question me over and over again as to why I needed MY money. She reluctantly gave me a small portion of what I had requested. She told me that it was "policy" and that another branch wouldn't give me anymore money because they would see that I had already taken too much. I went to the Memoral & John location, and was given my requested withdrawal amount, no questions asked. The teller there was beyond friendly. Thanks to this reminder, I will be calling the Branch manager at Arthur Street, as well as filing a formal complaint. I'll be closing my accounts and taking my money and business to Scotiabank. Thanks for all of the hassle and terrible service over the past decade and a half RBC.

hi world this is another frequent problem that customers are experiencing passwords are not getting matched when you sign in to the online account I did addressed it by scotia bank (poor customer service from arthur st branch lost a day in figuring it out) my friend here in this(RBC) branch had similar problem she said she did the phoning(" cusomer service line ") to reset the password but didnt work I was so frustrated to even call them!!!!!!! we are scared of loosing our money due to this uprising issue happening to online account (missing passwords) if you're experiencing the same issues please comment below this supremacy of banks MUST BE ADRESSED time is valuable so if you dont value customers its better you shut you're banks thank you so much there is no point in calling phone lines if you're not getting you're request resolved deadly world we are living in people have the power
