I had won a gift card at a charity auction for Mr Franks in November (which I guess this company took over or something akin to that). I didn't know that at all, so I called the number on the card to make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was insincerely apologetic, and after a brief 10 second conversation, subsequently hung up on me. I don't usually write reviews but this interaction bothered me to the point I felt compelled to. Had she been kinder and *not* hung up the phone, I would have arranged for a haircut anyway... I still needed one! My message to the owner: if this is your business model, I wish you the best of luck in this small sticky town.

By far the best stylist and colourist in the city! Lesley Wainio is sweet, professional and always takes her time with me and does such an amazing job! Highly recommend! LW Hair Co. is the hottest shop to go to! She also does waxing and barbering!
