        Instead of calling or waiting for a message back she blocked me and cancelled my appointment an hour and 45 minutes earlier than she stated. Did not stick to her word and acted very unprofessional. As an Indigenous person its awful to be treated so horribly by local businesses. EDIT: As a hairdresser you need to also follow your own policy. If you tell your client youre cancelling at 11pm, then stick to your word. Dont cancel it at 9:15pm and contradict your own policy. Disappointing to try and answer back half an hour later and the appointment is already given away. It makes you look rather greedy. ***She also blocked me from her Facebook page so my negative review wouldnt show up. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
