We have used O'Shea Property Management to manage our rental property for almost a year now. Even before we were a client, Mike went out of his way to help us find the right property. Since acquiring the property, Mike and his team took the time to find a great tenant, yet we still had the right people in place within 6 weeks. We had some unexpected issues come up and O'Shea management repairs any issues promptly so the tenant feels comfortable in their home. Mike and his team make the whole experience turn-key, so as an owner who lives out-of-province, I have peace of mind that my property is well taken-care of.

Crooks Sorry we arent able to facilitate subcontractor payments through 3rd party landlords. Access to our preferred contractors and facilitating payments is one of the advantages of being inside our portfolio. For private landlords we currently only offer tenant acquisitions and sometimes minor maintenance but lately weve been too busy to even offer that. Mike Bolton Co-Owner OShea Property Management

Amazing maintenance team, always ready to assist. I just received a new floor. They did an amazing job. Also worked on a Saturday. Office staff are always friendly and helpful. When I was unexpectedly ill they were there to give support and work with me.
