I purchased a new 2023 Equinox from Lally Chev exactly 2 weeks ago. I was lucky enough to buy an in stock model for sticker price, without any unnecessary extras like extended warranty, which I'm happy to say wasn't forced on me the way it is at a lot of dealerships. I picked my car up without any issues and it was a very easy and pleasant experience. I want to thank Samantha and Jen for taking good care of me, even throwing in a Tim card when I picked it up! Also, I forgot that my uncle was a GM retiree until several days AFTER I picked up the vehicle. I got a hold of Samantha to see if it was possible for me to still get the employee discount. After a day or two they were able to sort it out and give me a cheque for the discount amount! Overall it was a great experience and if my next vehicle is a Chevrolet there's no question I'll be going back to Lally Chev. Highly recommend!

I brought my truck in for a recall service last week and from start to finish, I was so pleased with the entire experience. From the guys in the service department to the ladies when I checked out, it was smooth and pleasant. You really have a great team that works there and it shows. Since buying my truck last year ,I was going to Windsor to have it serviced but you have gained a new client. The trip to Tilbury is easy and so convenient. Lally Chev truly has the right people in place and it shows.

Bought my first ever pickup from here. My salesman Noah was and is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful for me. I appreciate everything they helped me with and definitely reccomend this dealership to other!

Dont trust these guys at all!!! Theyll take your deposit and cancel on you for no reason - claiming my name is very similar to others and therefore decided to cancel our order on a c8. Our sales rep, Ali ended up leaving this dealership because he had told us that this isnt the first time this has occurred. The absolute worse experience and service. Dont waste your time.
