I recently purchased an Explorer from Tilbury Auto Sales. Its in great shape, and is adored by my family. The staff were kind and helpful, and it was a hassle-free experience. The carfax was presented without having to ask and they ensured that the recalls had been taken care of, with the paperwork to prove it. They were straight-up, to the point, and were willing to answer any and all questions or concerns. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Thank you.

Long story short. We purchased the camper we've been looking for 2 years from Tilbury. We had a few issues but Lindsay Belanger and his team fixed the issues and made it right! Fast forward to end of season last year. Had issues with hot water tank(original issue). Was parked in a campground all year so waited for end of season. Had a wiring issue (melted wires). Was told when I purchased the camper that there was manufacturer warranty remaining. Also bought extended warranty. Found out from manufacturer that there is no warranty. Only the extended that I purchased. Also didn't know there was $500 deductible on my extended warranty. I've been waiting since November for a return phone call from Kyle regarding what exactly is covered and how much warranty I actually have and why I was told I had manufacturer warranty when I did not . I really feel that I was lied to and this was not a new camper that had been sitting on the lot and that it was actually a used camper. Fingers crossed it was winterized correctly.
