Idk if the people leaving reviews are bots but Ive had a great experience living here so far. Ive lived here for about 6 months now and cannot think of many problems that Ive had.

Marketed as the less terrible of the 5 horribly managed buildings of this slum landlord. The best thing is the south view. But if a South view is available dont expect them to tell you the truth of which apartments are really available very dishonest rude ignorant unprofessional money grubbing managment office. Prices are ever rising unless you can get in on Toronto's ultra corrupt Toronto Community Housing and pay next to nothing for your rent.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Lived here with my girlfriend 3 years ago for 1 year when I first moved to the city and finally got around to leaving a review here. BAD IDEA to live here. Riddled with cockroaches & bed bugs (luckily our unit only had the former). Management unwilling to do anything, super unresponsive. Advertised gym does not exist. Used needles in the stairwells, addicts would come into the building and shoot up in the stairwells. Security is VERY VERY bad in this area. Homeless people sleeping in the lobby and outside as well as knocking on doors, wanted posters in the lobby, elevators were always down- at least there are 4 of them but there were times when all of them were down with a huge lineup in lobby. It got to the point that thefts were happening mid-day to neighbouring units, luckily not mine, but that & the sexual assaults occurring in the underground parking forced us to move out immediately. To the point that police officers were being stationed in the elevators. Garbage left in the hallways and lobby. Only Pro I would say living in the Halifax facing South so gorgeous view of the city scape with long balcony but that's because we got lucky with the unit.
