Ive lived here for almost a year now, and Ive actually really enjoyed this building! The location is perfect, as its easy to get around but doesnt feel like right downtown. I live in a studio and the unit is obviously a bit small, but has room for everything I need. My unit is very clean, and Ive never had any issues with bugs or anything like that. The hot water is sometimes not as hot as Id like it to be, but Ive experienced that at many other buildings so its not the end of the world. Edgardo, the super has always been really lovely and helpful! Ive quite enjoyed living here

At around 9:30 tonight my husband went to give our 9 week old a bath and no hot water. When calling to ask about it, the super simply said he wasnt a plumber and what did we expect him to do about it. We have lived here almost a year and endless issues. Elevators not working, no hot water, bugs, dryers and washers not in service for weeks and more.I dont recommend anyone to move into this building.

No hot water on a Friday night, our infant cant have his bath, we cant have a shower. Supers answer to this, Im not a plumber, what do you want me to do?. Thats cool, why am I paying $2000 a month for this?

640 Roselawn Ave is located close to public transportation, yet is away from the busy main roads and the noise of the traffic. The elementary school is near by as is Forest Hill Collegiate Institute, Toronto Public Library, and soon the near Eglinton crosstown line. The suites are spacious, the windows are large. I was fortunate that the windows of my apartment were facing west-south. I had sun all year around which made the suite warm too! The staff are very conscientious and considerate. I will be missing this place!
