Horrible management, the worst I have ever seen. Jane the manager will make it hard to sell your unit and she has unreasonable ridiculous requirements. She should be terminated. The concierge is rude and not helpful, act like her puppets. Treating owners of units like their slaves. Should be a 0 rating.

Definitely believe all the bad reviews here . I called today February 14 2023 to ask a simple question and the concierge purposely was difficult and refused to answer any questions pertaining to the building , its rules or amenities. They even refused to answer if its pet friendly . Would you really want to live in a building where the management trained its employees to be against the tenants ??? All the tenants need to get together , all of them and get rid of the management here and take their building back. I feel sorry for the tenants trying to sell right now , the current places for sale on realtor will have a hard time selling due to the management issues . I refuse to put in an offer on a unit due to the management company here.

I was chased by a nutter (presume from the Novotel/shelter) with a three foot pipe in his hand and ran into this building and begged the security to call 911 and they refused even though they had the guy on camera. 4 mounted police and 4 on bicycles tackled the guy a block away in front of eggspectation and the Keg's crowded patios. shame on them. this happened aug 25, 2022. shame shame!

I've lived in this building for about 2 years now and it's a nice building! However, there is one concerieage staff (or management?) - an older white lady with curlyish hair at front desk that single handedly ruins the atmosphere of the entire building. She's really arrogant and a bully to us residents (constantly yelling or behaving extremely unprofessionally) and we also notice she's extremely mean to the other concierge staff. Seems like a bit of a power trip? She needs to be spoken to about professionalism or maybe take an anti-bullying course or something. There is some great concerieage staff too who are actually helpful. I feel really bad that they have to deal with this person. I hope this gets resolved.
