        I've been here for 2 months. I lived across the street at 35 Mariner for 18 years so most of my comparison is based on these two buildings. The only negative is the elevator situation. Elevator 2 has constant problems, management and owners will have to deal with it at some point, they're possibly using band aid solutions because of the cost of a proper fix. Management, security and cleaning staff get 5 stars, all have been pleasant.

        It's 5/7 degrees at night and they still haven't turned on heating. The apartments are like cold storage at the moment. Extremely unhospitable conditions for children where you have to wear hoodies/sweaters/jackets in your home to survive
