Elivator issues and as an airb&b guest you don't get to use the gym or pool. Stay elsewhere where these things are available. Not worth the price.

I've have lived at ICE since 2016, stunning views, great location, well maintained and operated building. The new management in 2023 has been a huge improvement!

EXTREMELY UNSAFE FOR FAMILY! Ive been staying here for more than a year now. However, there have been a lot of issues related mostly to the elevator being out of service every second day but the one that really bothers me is the safety of my family. Just last week, someone damaged my car and I brought up the same to managements notice through a mail, however its been a week now and still there has been no response. It just makes me feel helpless as there is barely any signal in the parking lot and it is extremely unsafe as sometimes my wife also takes the car. Also it looks like they do not have any security cameras working properly on the parking lot, which just signifies that the management does not take any responsibility regarding the security of the residents and their vehicles. The people working on the ground in security are really helpful, however the management has no clue about how to give a secure environments to the residents in the parking lots. Just pathetic and due to which we are planing to move from here within a month.
