I highly recommend 99 Gerrard West Building to anyone who would love an environment that is extremely clean, super-friendly, kind, caring, and responsive while respectful of tenant's privacy and need for efficient repairs and maintenance when required. The property manager Samuel Hui is outstanding in every way! He is a problem solver and he always puts the needs of the tenants first, which is amazing. Samuel cares about the people he works with and the tenants that he serves. His Team is also amazing - kind, caring, responsive and respectful! 99 Gerrard West is definitely a FIVE STARS kind of place one can call HOME!

It is a really nice building, unit in great conditions and as nice as they look in the pictures. The amenities are really great with the pool the gym the screening room the roof top with BBQ and the co-working place etc. The managers are very nice and helpful and all the paperwork is easy and fast. Is is a great building for everyone I really recommend this building.

99 Gerrard St. is a nice building conveniently located with extremely helpful staff. The apartments are well equipped and very well laid out, with a fabulous view. Devin was super helpful in the application process and with the move in and also helped us secure the right apartment for us. The concierges Vicki and Justina are extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the building.
