Two St.Thomas

Ive lived in the building since it opened and always found all the people who make the place run wonderfully friendly and helpful. The superintendent, Addi, always impresses me with the range of his building maintenance skills. In the past few years, he has fixed things in my apartment that typically would require hiring both a plumber and an electrician. Addi is also very conscientious about the way he works in your apartment, just naturally seeming to be aware that the maintenance issue hes addressing is taking place in your home. And when you make an appointment for maintenance, Addi arrives on time, with the equipment and tools needed for the job.

My wife and I recently moved into Two Saint Thomas from another building in the area and we are both delighted that we have found such a great rental in what is likely the best building and neighborhood downtown. From our first meeting with the leasing consultant (Pedro Charneca - who is as charming as he is knowledgeable and helpful), to our interactions with the great concierge staff (particularly Matt and Kamal) and the maintenance crew (Christopher and Addi) and building staff in general, we've had zero regrets about our decision to move. The building is beautiful and spotless and the amenities are second to none. We look forward to many happy years as residents of Two Saint Thomas!

My rental experience at 2 St. Thomas was fantastic. Pedro was extremely helpful, very professional and was always available to answer my questions. Pedro took the time to give me a thorough orientation of my apartment. At 2 St. Thomas they really care about their tenants. They were very welcoming and gave me a nice gift bag. My apartment is gorgeous and all of the appliances are new. I am very excited about joining the 2 St. Thomas community.

I recently moved into TWO St. Thomas, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to join this wonderful community. From the initial application step, throughout the orientation, and during the move-in process, the level of service and support I received was truly exceptional. The property is beautiful, my suite is fantastic, and the surrounding neighborhood has so much to offer. I want to give a special shout-out to Pedro, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. His professionalism, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail were truly impressive. Pedro even provided a thoughtful gift and a personal letter that made me feel warmly welcomed in my new home. Best decision to move into Two St.Thomas. A wonderful experience all around. A beautiful space in an amazing neighbourhood. Pedro was absolutely amazing to work with and made sure I felt welcomed to my beautiful new home!
