Great community to live in cleaning staff keep building clean and neat 7 days a week fabulous shout out to the clean team and the manager at the building to genuine/kind/ and terrific to work with love living here

We have not yet moved back in, having previously rented in this building, but so far we have been very impressed by the responsiveness of the management. When we decided to return to the city, we visited many apartments much newer but so small and none backing on to anything like the beltline. On a chance, I wrote to ask if a 2bd came available could we be notified but did not expect any response. We were very pleased and impressed that we did get a call back. The apartment we were shown 4 months ago for March 1 occupancy was not what we found when we returned despite the manager's reluctance to promise anything more than new appliances, paint and redone floors. It has been redone completely and we are very pleased. It is an old building and there are issues but it is quiet and a wonderful neighbourhood to which we are looking forward to returning.

I am a contractor working periodically in the building. Rochelle is super easy to work with always making sure the contractors are scheduled accordingly. The building is always clean and when speaking to tenants there is always nothing but nice things to say about the staff. Always a pleasure working here!

A very nice apartment, very clean and smells nice. corridors entrance parking lot very clean. Miss Rochell very helpful, successful and very good at his job. I am very pleased. Good thing I came here.

The building smells good when you come in and it looks like a condo. Building is old but is very well maintained. I never see any roaches or bugs whenever I service the building. Rochelle, the building manager is very pleasant and kind to us contractors.
