        The reviews and ratings are very old and the apartment is actually in pretty great shape after the renovations. It's been 2 months since I moved in and I have not seen any roaches or pests so far which is impressive. The Site Manager Patrick and rest of the staff are really great. Folks at the Cromwell leasing office were very kind and nice to talk to. Appliances were new or relatively new and the unit looked fresh when I moved in. The location is very convenient for commuting to office and other places using ttc. Bloor st has everything we need and is within a walkable distance. We like it here very much so 5 stars.

        RECENT REVIEW: Ive been living at this building for the past 2 years and have had the most amazing experience with the renovated units and the management team. The site manager, Patrick Jain, is an incredible person who takes care of tenant needs and is very kind and compassionate in addition to being excellent at his job. Literally one of the kindest people I have ever met. Ryan and the other employees are also very kind and super helpful. The building was treated for cockroaches so that is no longer a problem and the units are so clean and look great. Kitchens, bathroom, and even balconies were renovated so everything is great! Honestly I highly highly recommend this building to students and families. Ive had the best experience staying here and have to shout out Patrick for his amazing work and for being such a great site manager and amazing person in general. Dont read old reviews from years ago, believe me theyre not accurate. Book a tour and youll see!!
