From the 1.5 years i have been here, the hot tub has been only working for 2 months

I had to change rating because I have been overlooking so many things but it is not justified.For last 3-4 months we have been getting noise complaints. We realized the walls are really thin that having game night/listening to music on speaker/ even watching horror movies on TV at decent level can penetrate through the thin walls, and air vents. We face similar issue for noise (barks, hindi songs, verbal altercations) coming from other apartments, and understood this is usual complication with the structure of the building. If you are young and have a social life, think twice before moving here. It is unfortunate that we pay the highest rent but cannot have our friends come over and be excited while paying Jenga, on Friday/Saturday night. Always something is out or order here. If everything is functioning, they will close down for maintenance that too for months; if pool is fine, hot tub's not working; if hot tub is fine, there's issue with skylight over pool. The water here is extremely chlorinated so you gotta buy shower filters otherwise you may have skin rashes.

Elevators are always down. Landlord provides less than 24hrs notice to enter you unit. Only plus is the location.
