Worst concierge services ever had. Front desk employees are like bosses, bad tone and attitude, the young black girl works at the front desk yells at people, knocks off peoples phone on the ground, she seems to have a temper issue.

Currently subletting from here--there's a beautiful pool in the sky true, but the garbage chute is always out of service (it's automatic so anything that goes in and jams, jams the entire thing for every floor). I descend all the floors to throw away garbage in a garbage humid room--it's a little too disgusting to feel like you're truly living it up in a luxury building.

This condo has everything I need: best location next to college station, swimming pool on the sky, not bad gym and nice interior design. You can get almost everything you want in this area.

The high-rise scenery is very good, with a large number of visitor parking spaces, but the elevator often breaks down.
