Oben Flats

Michelle is an absolute gem! We are immigrating to Toronto and were on the hunt for our dream apartment. Michelle helped us sort everything that was needed and secured our apartment for us all while we were still in South Africa in less than a day. She has been such a huge help with our move and getting us settled before our arrival. Cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Michelle!

After living here for almost a year, I am happy to share that is has been a great experience. The buildings management is doing a stellar job managing the facility. Everything is always neat and squeaky clean. Since it is a small building, it conveys a sense of community, which is lovely. The location is great, being so close to downtown. Thank you, Oben!

I emailed Oben Flats to arrange a site tour as they had a vacant 2-bedroom I was interested in renting. Several days later, I received a boilerplate reply directing me to their website. I told them I'd seen the site and again, that I wanted to arrange a site tour. They said they'd get back to me. They never did. I can only assume they are equally, likely more, useless at managing a property as they are at trying to rent vacant units.

I can not stress enough how amazing this building is. I lived at an Oben Flats for 2 years and if I didn't have to move I would never leave. My landlord has eased all the normal stress you have moving in and out of a building and anything we needed over the past two years she was so kind and receptive to! Christine is the absolute best landlord I've ever had and this building is so wonderful. 10/10 would recommend. Most accommodating, kind, helpful staff I've ever seen. If you want stress free living this is your kind of place.
