Good looking modern apartment with nice gym. Management is useless, decided to shut down power without any management on site for a full day, struggled to book a moving elevator anytime outside standard working hours, some general poor planning like common water issues, parking garage (with storage units) flooding once, no overhead lights in bed or main area in $2600 apartment, poorly placed filter hole over dryer that blocks the sliding door, sliding doors on bedrooms so NO sound insulation, not enough parking spaces for all residents

Location is basically the only good thing to be said about 15 Baseball Pl. That and the friendly concierges. Management and building design is pretty atrocious. Management cares only for profits, doesn't take feedback, and has useless Superintendents who are good for nothing. 2 elevators for 20 stories, with one basically always In service and the other broken down constantly. Security issues downstairs with construction workers leaving doors open, leading to damage and theft from biker storage and lockers. Ignore all the pretty surfaces, all desceptive.

Still being built but the lay out us easy to navigate, had a neighborly feel to it
