Great location--near subway with excellent local amenities. The superintendent, Drita, is fantastic and made our experience living here a very positive one.

Ive lived here for 1.5+ years and have genuinely enjoyed my experience as a tenant. Service by management has been attentive and thoughtful on all accounts. 10 foot ceiling units with quaint interiors, easy access bike parking, steps to TTC access, plus more. This place and neighbourhood is a gem.

The most unprofessional staff Ive dealt with in a very long time. Twice I took time out of my day to come out and view this apartment as I was told that there were 2 one bedroom apartments available. The first time I booked with someone on the phone and when I showed up they said they had no viewings for that day. The second time I booked a viewing with someone over email and showed up only to be told that they had no viewings booked for the apartments and that there werent even any available. I cannot express how frustrated I am with this company as they also have a problem with their phone meaning if you call 4 times they only answer once. I have never written a review before but I am so incredibly frustrated at being emailed 3 times that I was eligible for an apartment after being on the waitlist for months and then being led on a wild goose chase for an apartment that they were never even able to give me.
