        While Wayne Barrett is a very experienced architect, his talent is overshadowed by his willingness to swindle his clients out of money. Dont be fooled by their promises of quality work and accomplishing your desired project results, Wayne and his lackey Matt dont care about you. I promise. I had such a negative experience with Matt, hes confrontational, sneaky, and eager to fight with/blame the client. They will take your hard earned money, and juice you for any minor changes. Ask them for details about the projects theyve charged clients more than they initially agreed upon. One tiny change and theyll bend you over for $$$ THOUSANDS $$$.
