Facility is a legitimate insurance company who takes very high risk clients. In accordance with the insurance act of Ontario, facility charges based on the risk. The people who end up at facility have been denied basically everywhere else. I wouldnt blame the company for their high premiums, I would reevaluate my driving habits so as not to end up with facility. In essence, drive better and get rewarded.

It's an actual scam, don't go with them. I'm about to go to court to sue them. Quoted me a 1300$ prime, signe a contract, did a deposit then out of nowhere my prime change to 5200$, without any explanation and no possible refund. IT'S FRAUD!

The commenters above do not know insurance. The Facility Association is regulated, they are a take all comers market that is mandated to exist so that those who cannot normally obtain auto insurance have an option. They are not an insurance company, they are a last resort pool that all insurance companies are a member of. You got a quote here because ALL real insurance companies said no and weren't interested in insuring you at all!
