I had an excellent experience getting a ear wax removal. It was done gently and they explained everything theyll do. Staff was friendly and kind. I felt safe and cared for. Thank you!

with both ears clogged and unable to HEAR, I googled ear wax removal and presto! using 3 techniques from initial flush to suction, Diana whom also let me know and introduced me to her trainee, proceeded in a painless and expert manner to go deep and capture hardened wax already attached to the inner skin and with ear hairs !!! NOW I can hear a pin drop ~ the crud I witnessed was disgusting and was glad to be advised on irrigation bulbs for maintenance . kudos to this clinic, really enjoyed the interaction when calling for appointment and upon arrival !

The service is fantastic. I had an appointment today to find a resolution for my ear wax build up issue. It was causing not only hearing loss but pain. It was resolved within 5 minutes and absolutely pain free. So glad I found this place.
