RBC Royal Bank

It takes forever to do any transactions at this bank. They are always training bank tellers so a transaction that should take a couple minutes takes up to fifteen minutes. Since most of the tellers don't know what they are doing they have to ask a more senior tellers how to do a simple transaction and since they are often not available or with other clients, you are left there waiting as if you had nothing else to do. I would be ok with this if the tellers who are being trained stayed there, as they would eventually learn how to do their work properly. The problem is that they don't last there, or are moved as you always see new faces there being trained from scratch. With the fees they charge you would expect this bank would have properly trained bank tellers available for clients, but no sir.

No matter how nice they are to customers, and no matter how many environmental groups they support, they are hypocritically spending billions of dollars to finance devastating tar sands projects and pipelines that will become stranded assets when we move away from oil as fuel. It may be good for their share price in the short term, but dangerous for the planet and all of us who live on it. Don't bank here. There are lots of good credit unions around.

Always just told me like a machine what I should have done. Never gave me any solutions. Don't go this bank. Even you spend your time & ttc, go to RBC on Yonge x Bloor
