        I was in a rush, but they only had one teller. The line was long and mostly elderly people, so I knew it was going to take forever. Please hire more tellers.

        I have had great customer service at this branch (Danforth and Broadview) from the moment that I set up an appointment to meet with Wayne Chan, who helped me open an estate account, to the tellers who have greeted me when I entered the bank. I was treated with courtesy and respect each time, and Wayne has been fantastic to deal with. I like the small-town, personalized feel at this branch, and especially appreciated that one of the tellers (Fateema) remembered my name, even after meeting her just once! As an executor of an estate, it was so nice to be treated like a customer by Robert, who assisted in my bank draft transaction, and not like a criminal, as my experience has been with two other major banks (RBC and Tangerine Bank).
