WORST RBC BRANCH EVER! They don't know how to do their jobs properly and they lie in front of your face. I switch to other bank immediately after dealing with this branch. Seriously, it's a shame RBC still let this branch open untill today.

Great experience. Very professional. Saw security guard take extra step to help an elderly lady by pulling out a chair and when we came in he offered us tissue.

Just went to the RBC at Yonge/Gerrard and had excellent customer service from Andre, he was very attentive, address my needs and was very helpful. If you are at this location, I highly recommend Andre he is certainly the best.. Thank you so much Andre for all your help, your warm smile really made my day :) You are the best!!

Jan. 4, 2023 Today went into this no busy sad branch, the teller was very pleasant. When it came to the Manager, he was so disappointing. It appeared that he was having a bad day already and it was only 10:00 am. Obviously after speaking with him, he had a big 'chip' on his shoulder, attitude issue. Originally, the teller verified my identity through questions, picture of my driver's license, RBC app on my phone. Because I didn't have a physical piece of ID, Manager would not allow me to transfer over $3,000.00 for the last transaction. The teller already transferred two transactions, both over $3,000.00 as he already confirmed my identity. Manger was so rude he threatened to reprimand the poor teller for performing the first two transactions and threatened me to reverse those transactions. What--unheard of? What kind of Manager would threaten to do that? The teller confirmed my identity already that's why he completed the two transactions. So, Mr. Shees Mazhar, Branch Manager (fairly new) needs lessons in communicating and comprising with customers. I suggested he verify me through my signature. No, of course not. Shame on RBC for not finding more flexible Managers willing to work with clients. It's his way or no way. I suggest he allow me to transfer over his $3,000.00 limit -- no of course not. Obviously Mr. Manager who physically completed the last transaction, transferred $3,000.00 so he confirmed my identity (obviously contradicting himself as he knew who I was). If he didn't, he would have not did the last transaction himself. He was just giving me a hard time--so unprofessional. Please RBC-- get some decent, flexible, personable Managers. Last point being, tellers are trained to verify clients which they did. I suggest you avoid this Manager.
