        I live and work in the Beeches and visited this branch on daily bases for many years, hands down a great branch with great staff and manager until recently (March 2023) that the management changed! Jamie the previous branch manager was an excellent manager with an exceptional skills and customer service. she was providing all local businesses and residents of Beeches with a great service. Its very disappointing to see that she is gone (assuming she is transferred to a different location) and replaced with a new branch manager who doesnt have the management skills needed for the job! He seems confused and simply cant carry a conversation! Its very unfortunate that his lacks of professionalism as a branch manager is now effecting the overall experience of all local customers! In fact I dont understand how he even qualified for this position. Im sure there will be many more reviews sharing similar terrible experiences as its not even a month he started working! Its time to find another branch as dealing with this new guy is just a nightmare

        Ive banked for many years with BMOs competitors and became accepting and accustomed to a level of service that was no longer meeting my needs. By happenstance, I was introduced to MJ at this BMO branch. Hes extremely helpful, informed, patient, and effective. While many of us shift to purely digital banking and automated investing, we can sometimes forget that meaningful business gets done between people. If youre looking for a personable banking experience, I recommend you get in touch with MJ at this location.

        MJ is super good! He helped me set up several accounts. Very patient and professional. Offered great suggestions. Nice atmosphere in the branch as well. I believe the manager of the branch must be good to have several people so nice and professional. Thank you
