BMO Bank of Montreal

Worst bank ever not only do you have to wit over 30 in line to see a teller but there are 4 teller stalls and sometimes only 1 teller. Took my blind friend to this bank on Saturday this past weekend may 6th /23 and once open and were inside they said sorry we don't do any banking from tellers on the weekend and i said that's the only way he can get money out, as his worker is away for a week and i work through the week so this day is only time i can bring him he has no pin on his card ..they still said nothing they can do and he can use bank machine , i said no he cant because he does not have a pin, and they wont give him a pin cause he is blind .The lady just looked at me and said sorry nothing we can do. Wow what a horrible place and horrible way to treat blind ppl so we left empty handed both he and i will be changing banks this is a disgrace, i will be going to local news about the way they treat handicap ppl. BMO Liberty Village. I had to give 1 star just to post this

Why are they open on Saturday if they aren't going to help loyal customers? I went in today to ask for a simple transaction and the young 20 something guy went into a long explanation about downloading the app and I can do it myself. I told him I am not downloading the app and that if it was possible he can do this for me and I was in a hurry. In the time he gave his explanation that I didn't ask for, he could have logged in the computer and do the task for me. You might be asking, OP, why can't you do this simple task at home? The answer is that I normally trust BANKERS to move large amounts of money for me. Thanks for nothing, BMO! You were open for another 30mins and you didn't want to help me.
