Terrible service!! The bank has 4 cash and only 2 of them working. The waiting line is more than 1 hour every time I visit the bank. The bank manager is already aware of it and doesnt fi d any solution. WORST BRANCH EVER!!!

I first scheduled an appointment with BMO for October 21, 2021 with Anoma Dabere. On October 19, 2021 Anoma called and requested that i would send all pertinent documents to open the business account prior to the scheduled appointment. I wasn't able to send the documents until the next business day, on which Anoma calls and decides that if I can't send the documents right away she will have to reschedule the appointment. I found it very frustrating, but i gave it another try and blame it on Covid-19. Anoma Dabere sends me a new appointment date for October 27, 2021 at 6:30 pm. On October 25, 2021 i made sure she received the requested documents. I got no reply from her. I didn't think much of it, she was probably busy. On the day of the appointment i left from work, picked-up my daughter from daycare and rushed to the branch. To my surprise the branch was closed!! I called and emailed Anoma. Waited and waited, still no reply. Turns out that Anoma scheduled the appointment to a day that she wasn't working (she was on vacations) and the branch closing time was at 5:30pm. The only reason I don't give one star to this branch is because another associate named Joel Oliveira saw us and even though he was already done for the day, he helped us schedule a new appointment with him for a later date.
