        This is the royal bank closest to my residence so I find myself reluctantly coming here very frequently, however I think that may have to change.. Every time I come here the lineup is almost to the door, and there is usually only two tellers working at a time to handle these ludicrous lineups. Maybe constant lineups add to stress for the bank tellers, however Im discovering that the customer service is lacking as well. I would really love to see some improvements on some pretty primitive issues that are going on at this branch specifically. Its hard to believe they are able to continue serving the public they way that this establishment functions.
