        I was told to come into this branch for an appointment on Saturday morning. When I arrived, the branch is closed. I was told that they arent open on Saturday through the contact center. It was surprising when they are the one who booked my appointment in the first place. Really frustrating experience.

        Had the worst experience at this branch. The "premier relations manager" sold my fianc and I our MORTGAGE and lied about all the perks HSBC offers. He even tried to steal our $1000 bonus!! AFTER signing up for the mortgage we found out 2 months later that he lied to us and he was FIRED. BE CAREFUL. We were first time home buyers and this was such a nightmare!!
