        Had an appointment for 2pm. Arrived 10 minutes earlier, and was told to wait at the lounge. Its 2:30pm and Im still waiting for my appointment. If you want me to take my business elsewhere, feel free to say so, and not waste my time.

        Bad customer service. Long waits. Bmo customer service has gotten so terrible, i have to wait for the bank teller to be on hold with THEIR OWN bank services.

        They say they are open until 6pm on Thursdays. Yet I went at 5:45pm and was told to go to another branch because they already closed their bank tellers area. Mind you the other branch closes at 6pm as well but is open states the worker. Extremely inconvenient. Change your business hours on your website if you will not work the full hours you state. People dont have time to waste.
